요 약	EDTA와 Nd:YAG 레이저의 조합이 도말층 제거에 효과적이었으며 치근첨 1/3 부위에서 EDTA + Nd:YAG 레이저의 효과가 좋은데 비해 Nd:YAG 레이저는 중앙 1/3 부위에서 EDTA보다 우수하였다.
