| 요 약 |
NaOCl에 Er:YAG 또는 Nd:YAG 레이저 조사결과 팁의 위치와 상관없이 모든 근관에서 대장균이 제거되었다. 근첨부에서 생리식염수를 사용하여 Er:YAG 레이저 조사시 Nd:YAG 레이저에 비해 근첨부 및 중간부의 대장균막을 현저히 감소시켰다. |
