| 요 약 |
Er:YAG 레이저로 소주골 절단시 골수는 절개의 경계부위에 노출된 상태로 유지되어 세포유입이 촉진되고 치유가 빨라질 수 있다. 반면 드릴로 골 절단시에는 소주골 붕괴 및 열손상 때문에 절단부위로의 세포이동이 저해되어 치유가 지연될 수 있으며 국소적인 세포괴사가 발생할 수 있다. |
